Delete your account

You can delete your Washd account at any time, from the app, the website, or by asking us.

In the app or on the website

  • In the app: sign in, open the Account tab, then Profile, and tap Delete my account.
  • On the website: sign in, open My account, then Profile, and choose Delete my account.

If you have a wash booked, cancel it or wait for it to finish first.

By email

Email hello@washd.co.bw from the address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and password.
  • Your saved vehicles and addresses, and your notification settings.
  • Your place on our email list, if you joined it.

What we keep

Records of past washes and payments, which our accounts and the law require, with your name, contact details, address and registration number removed.
