Usually not. We use a waterless method: cleaning sprays and clean microfibre towels lift the dirt without a hose, so we do not need your water. If your car is heavily soiled, for example thick mud or sand, it may need a rinse first, and we may ask to use a tap. For the interior vacuum we may ask for a power socket nearby. You tell us about the car's condition when you book, and your technician will confirm what is needed when they arrive.

You pay your technician when the wash is done, in cash or by card (they bring a card machine). Nothing is charged online, and your booking is confirmed as soon as you book.

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your slot. You pay when the wash is done, so nothing is charged if you cancel. Please cancel as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Tell us in your booking. We review the before and after photos, and if we missed something we make it right with a rewash or account credit.

Yes. The spray lubricates the surface and lifts the dirt so clean microfibre towels can wipe it away without scratching, the same approach many detailers use. Cars with heavy mud or sand need a rinse before we touch the paint, and we will tell you before you pay.
